EVENT OVERVIEW
NRG Budapest takes place across multiple venues in Budapest, Hungary.
Main event dates: 27-29 November.
Package check-in: 27 November | Check-out: 30 November.
The full itinerary will be released soon on the Itinerary page.
Weekender tickets and packages include access to all main events.
Extras like boat parties and afterparties are not included and will be sold separately.
All attendees must be 18+ on the first day of the event. No exceptions or refunds.
TRAVEL & LOCATION
Flights are not included. Fly into Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport.
- Airport transfers are not included
- No shuttle between hotels and venues
- Public transport and taxis are widely available
- Currency: Hungarian Forint (card widely accepted)
- Language: Hungarian (English commonly spoken)
- Time zone: CET (UTC+1)
- Drinking age: 18
Late November is cool: approx. 8-10°C.
PACKAGES & ACCOMMODATION
- Festival ticket (main events)
- 3 nights accommodation (27–30 November)
- Access to curated venues and lineup
- Early access to add-ons e.g. boat parties.
Extras (e.g. boat parties) sold separately. Flights and transfers not included.
Packages available for 1-6 people per room. Larger groups must book separately.
Not with us - you will need to arrange this directly with the hotel
PAYMENT & TICKETS
- Pay in full
- Deposit (balance due 60 days before travel)
- Monthly payment plan
A 12% booking fee applies
- E-tickets are sent 7 days before the event
- Wristbands issued on arrival (non-replaceable) - more information released closer to the event

NEED SUPPORT?
We will always try to assist with changes (such as hotel, room type, or traveller details), however changes are not guaranteed and depend on availability.
- All changes must be requested by the lead booker to hello@nrg-budapest.com
- Your booking may need to be fully paid off before changes can be made.
- To cancel, the lead booker must contact the team directly.
- Cancellation terms and charges depend on when you cancel
- Refunds (if applicable) are subject to the Booking Terms & Conditions
- Failure to keep up with a payment plan may result in automatic cancellation.
Yes. You must travel with a valid passport that meets Hungary’s entry requirements.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your passport has sufficient validity
- Entry may be refused if requirements are not met.
- You are responsible for checking the latest entry requirements with official government sources
- Report any accident, illness, or injury immediately to event staff or your hotel.
- Seek medical assistance where necessary.
- You must also notify the organisers within 12 weeks after the event if you wish to formally report the incident.
We aim to make the experience as accessible as possible, however this is not a specialist accessible travel product.

Complaints
If you experience an issue during your trip:
- Report it immediately to event staff or your hotel so it can be resolved quickly
- If unresolved, contact us using the emergency details in your travel documents
- Formal complaints must be submitted within 28 days after your trip, including your booking reference and full details
