Terms and Conditions for Package and Ticket Purchasing by Payment Plan
1. Packages for NRG Budapest can be bought using a Payment Plan that allows eligible customers to pay for the booking over five, four, three, or two payments (each an “Instalment”). The Payment Plan is available to any customer booking online between 30 April 2026 and 7 October 2026, “Eligibility Period”), subject to availability. The first instalment must be paid within the Eligibility Period. He/she accepts that a 12% booking fee will be applied at the checkout when choosing the payment plan option.

3. Subject to paragraph 9 below, any paid instalments are non-refundable and no claim can be made to recover this money in any way whatsoever.
4. The first Instalment (including service charge) will be charged to your credit or debit card immediately upon your purchase of the ticket during the Eligibility Period. The final Instalment/ each subsequent Instalment will be automatically charged to your credit or debit card on or around the due dates as set out in paragraph 2 above, without further recourse to you. If a Payment Plan has been set up, we will automatically take payment of the instalment on each payment date within the Payment Plan. It is your responsibility to ensure payments do not fail.
If we are unable to charge your card, due to your card being expired, insufficient funds or it has been declined by the bank, we’ll attempt to take the payment again in seven days, giving you time to fix the issue or update your payment method.
Please be aware, if the same payment fails 3 times, then your booking is at risk of being cancelled.
5. The transaction will be completed only once your payment of all instalments and fees has been processed and the total due paid in full.
6. If you do not pay any of the Instalments in full by the dates set out in paragraph 2 above and we are not provided with an alternative credit or debit card within 14 days of the relevant due date where the original method of payment provided is declined (as per paragraph 4 above), you will lose (i) the paid instalments (including service charge) and (ii) the package(s) to which you were entitled under the Payment Plan.
7. The Payment Plan requires that, at the time the first instalment is made, you make a full commitment to purchase a package and pay the full price plus the service charge.
8. It is recommended that you ensure that adequate funds are in place to process the payment of all instalments on the dates set out in paragraph 2 above and that your credit or debit card does not expire before the final Instalment can be charged.
9. If you do not pay any of the Instalments in full in accordance with paragraph 7, you will lose: (i) any previous instalments paid (ii) the ticket(s) (ii) the accommodation reservation.
10. Tickets and packages must be paid for in full at the time of the event commencement.
